According to NYPost, Sergey Brin, the Google co-founder, is leading a team of top engineers, stats guru, and search-engine specialists to tune-up Google’s coding system to battle Microsoft’s new decision engine Bing. There should be a couple of great box office movies to watch this summer.
Bing continues to gain more fans and users with its online pay-per-click and TV top-rating shows ads. Googleplex seems to get jolted by several earthquakes since early June. A lot of fears there. As we’ve previously reported, Bing’s search penetration increased 2% compared to one week before its launch.
As NYPost wrote “…The move by Brin is unusual, as it is rare these days for the Google founders to have such hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations at the company…”
